Carbon Country Vehicle Bill of Sale Form is to be used when you wish to buy or sell any kind of vehicle in Carbon County of the State of Wyoming. The form is used to secure the deal and acts as a legal document which can also be used if and when required. Although the Buyer’s signature is not needed there are two copies of this form and both need to be filled and may be kept by both the buyer and the seller to avoid future disputes.
Below are the instructions to fill the form correctly.
- To make sure that the deal is secured, this form needs to be filled correctly beginning with the full and legal name of the seller (first, middle, last) along with the date on which the deal is being noted.
- After that is done one must provide and fill all the details of the vehicle which would help in simplifying the description of the same which should include the year, make of the vehicle, VIN # (vehicle identification number), etc.
- Later, provide the details of the individual or entity who intends to buy the vehicle including their full and legal name (first, middle, last) followed by the dollar amount that is mutually agreed by both the parties for the sale of the vehicle.
- Lastly, this document needs to be signed by the seller confirming the sale of the vehicle and that henceforth; the buyer holds all the rights of ownership of the aforesaid vehicle. This document also needs to be notarized by the Notary Public for it to be considered legal.
