Boat & Trailer Bill of Sale Form
This bill of sale form is used in cases when you decide to buy or sell a boat along with a trailer in the United States of America. This form can be used in any state of the United States unless a state has its own specific form. The form contains descriptions of the boat and the trailer with the sale information, which in return adds to the safety and security of the buyer. - The form needs to begin with the date on which the sale was made followed by the detailed information of the seller and the buyer including the full and legal name (first, middle, last), complete address with the zip code and the phone number.
- This is the part of the form where the detailed description of the boat needs to be entered consisting of the make of the boat, model (manufacturer), year, hull id #, title # followed by the detailed description of the trailer compiling of the make of the trailer, the year, empty weight of the trailer, identification number & finally the license plate number. Once that has been filled the dollar price of the boat, the dollar price of the trailer individually need to be mentioned and the sum of both to be entered under the field which says ‘total purchase price’.
- Finally in the last segment, the signature of both the parties has to be inked along with the date.
