Louisiana Movable Bill of Sale Form
This bill of sale form is used when or rather in purchases or sales of Movable Vehicles in the state of Louisiana. Keep in mind that the form needs to be notarized before the notary public before it can be termed as legal. Also keep in mind that the form is only applicable within the state limits of Louisiana.

- Commence the form by first entering the district of the state of Louisiana in which the transfer shall take place.
- Then, mention the name of the seller under whom the vehicle is legally registered, under the statement which says; BEFORE ME, the undersigned Notary Public, duly commissioned and qualified in and for the parish and state aforesaid, personally came and appeared:
- Just below the same you also have to mention the full name of the buyer who is of legal age to make this transfer or sale materialise. You also need to describe the vehicle or movable property with the following information; Make, Model, Year, VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), Vehicle Sale Price and date of sale.
- Make sure you attest the following bill of sale form with three signatures; first the seller’s signature which should be below the undertaking which assures that the movable property or accessories attached with it are free from all mortgages or loans or tax burdens of any kind, then the signature of the buyer and lastly notarize it with the signature and seal of the Notary Public along with the date.
