The Tennessee watercraft bill of sale form is to be only filled and used during the purchase or sale of a watercraft in the state of Tennessee. The form contains complete details about the watercraft to be sold and also its buyers.
Fill the form carefully by following the steps given below.
Begin the form with the name of the county where this sale is taking place followed by the present date. Then mention the total dollar amount that was mutually agreed by both the parties for the sale of the watercraft. After that, provide the full name of the buyer followed by the full name of the seller respectively. By doing so, both the parties acknowledge the sale of the given watercraft.
In the next part of the form, fill in complete details of the watercraft which should include make of the watercraft, model, year in which it was purchased, Hull Identification Number (HIN #), Length (ft. inch.) and finally the present title TN number on the boat.
