The Alaska bill of sale form is a generic form which can be used to buy or sell any kind of valuable object or product within the boundaries of the State of Alaska. It cannot be used outside the limits as it does not hold any legal stature. The form gives a description of the product, hence, protecting the buyer from any fraudulent activities.   • Begin the form by first filling the county in which the transaction is taking place followed by the full and legal name of the seller (first, middle, last) along with the complete address and the zip code, the full and legal name of the buyer (first, middle, last) along with the address and the zip code; certifying that the seller is willingly transferring the ownership of the product to the buyer for the given sum of dollar amount (which needs to be mentioned).
  • It also certifies that the seller had the complete rights of the product and that the product is free from all liabilities which can include any mortgages, loans, tax burdens, etc.
  • After that, describe the object or the product in detail which should include; the make, model, year, identification number (if any) or anything else which you feel might be of importance in description. In the next point it also states that “Any notice, request, instruction or other document to be given under this Bill Of Sale to any party hereunder by any other party hereunder shall be in writing and delivered personally, or sent by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid to the following addresses: ”, after which the addresses of both the parties need to be mentioned respectively.
  • There is also a disclaimer which states that the buyer has completely checked the product and is purchasing it with the condition it is in, without any warranties, after which the date of execution of the bill of sale needs to be mentioned.
  • Lastly, the form needs to be signed by both the parties along with the full name, address and the date on which it was signed followed by the signature, name and address of a witness.
  • The form also needs to be notarized by a Notary Public for it to be considered legal.
